Returns - The procedure
A technical defect within the guarantee period and conditions set by the Dealstunter, correctly ordered and incorrectly delivered, damaged products / packaging, DOA (death on arrival) are all reasons for applying for an RMA procedure. If you wish to make use of this procedure, we recommend that you carefully read and observe the following provisions in order to promote early settlement.
Complete RMA form.
Defective products, exchange, repair can only take place after completing our RMA form. Only fully completed forms will be processed.
If you want to return a product, go through the following steps:
- Go to your account (Note: Did you use this website as a guest? Then create set up an account to use the return service or contact [email protected] )
- View the relevant order and click in this order on a refund for the product you want to return.
- Complete the form. We will deal with it below.
2. What now?
After your application you will receive a confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted, we will process your application and will endeavor to notify you within 1 business day. You will receive status updates from us via email and you can also follow it in your account. If the application has been approved you will receive information from us about how you can use the RMA
3. Product return.
When returning the product, you must include a copy of the purchase invoice. Also state the RMA number and the return address clearly on the box. The products must be supplied complete, in original packaging including manuals, diskettes and cables. Return must be made within 10 days after issuing the RMA number.
The shipping costs for return shipments are for everyone’s own account if it appears that the product offered is not defective or that the defect is the result of improper or careless use. In this case we are forced to charge shipping costs as well as research costs. The product will in this case be returned to you.
If you want to return a product because of your right to return then the shipping costs are for your own account, after receiving the products we will check it for any physical damage / defects and whether everything has been returned in full. If there are no damages and / or defects and the product has been returned in its original condition, we will send you a credit, replacement product or a discount code if you wish.
